Thinglink about WW1

Kia Ora
This week we have been doing Thing links - we had to either choose to do it on a person who went to World War 1 or 2. We could go to  the Cenotaph site to search for a person.  We also found information on the Underground Soldiers, a group of NZ and Australian soldiers who helped win the Battle of Arras in Greece.

Lightning God Drawing

Kia Ora
During that wild storm in the Far North yesterday lightning came at us and thunder roared above. We had the most rain in Kerikeri in NZ. We discussed how people used to think there were lightning and thunder gods.
I think a lightning god would look like this.
